अंतरराष्ट्रीय कला एवं साहित्य परिषद (ICAL) में आपका हार्दिक स्वागत है।

यह मेरे लिए अत्यंत सम्मान और प्रसन्नता का विषय है कि मैं आपका इस प्रतिष्ठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर स्वागत कर रहा हूँ, जिसकी स्थापना नमन इंटरनेशनल फाउंडेशन फॉर एजुकेशन एंड सोशल रिसर्च (NIFESR) के संरक्षण में विश्वभर में सृजनशीलता, ज्ञान, सांस्कृतिक समझ और बौद्धिक उत्कृष्टता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से की गई है।

मानव सभ्यता का विकास सदैव विचारों की शक्ति, संस्कृति की समृद्धि, कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति की सुंदरता तथा साहित्य और अनुसंधान में निहित ज्ञान के आधार पर हुआ है। मानव प्रगति के ये स्थायी स्तंभ आज भी नवाचार को प्रेरित करते हैं, सामाजिक सद्भाव को सुदृढ़ बनाते हैं तथा भौगोलिक, भाषाई और सांस्कृतिक सीमाओं से परे लोगों को एक-दूसरे से जोड़ते हैं।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय कला एवं साहित्य परिषद की स्थापना इस दृढ़ विश्वास के साथ की गई है कि कला, साहित्य, संस्कृति, शिक्षा और अनुसंधान केवल शैक्षणिक विषय नहीं हैं, बल्कि एक अधिक जागरूक, समावेशी और प्रगतिशील वैश्विक समाज के निर्माण के सशक्त साधन हैं।

ICAL एक ऐसे गतिशील अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच के रूप में कार्य करता है जहाँ लेखक, कलाकार, विद्वान, शोधकर्ता, शिक्षाविद, सांस्कृतिक कार्यकर्ता और संस्थाएँ एक साथ आकर विचारों का आदान-प्रदान कर सकें तथा मानवता के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें।
