STEP 10 – SELECTION PROCESS

After evaluation by the ICAL Award Selection Committee, shortlisted candidates will receive an Official Selection Letter through Email and WhatsApp.

Only selected nominees shall be invited to the Award Ceremony.

STEP 11 – EVENT MANAGEMENT & AWARD CEREMONY

Selected nominees are required to complete the Event Management & Award Ceremony Registration.

Every selected awardee will receive an Official Award Certificate issued by:

Naman International Foundation for Education and Social Research (NIFESR)

The certificate will carry the official logos, signatures and institutional seal(s) of the issuing organizations.

Awards will be conferred only during Official ICAL Conferences, Literary Festivals, Cultural Conventions, Academic Summits, Research Conferences or officially authorized ICAL Award Ceremonies.

By submitting this application, applicants authorize ICAL to publish their name, photograph, profile and award details in official publications, website, social media and Award Souvenir for non-commercial institutional purposes.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Registration Fee: ₹250/- (Non-Refundable).
  • Submission of the nomination form does not guarantee selection.
  • Awards are conferred solely on the recommendation of the ICAL Award Selection Committee.
  • Only selected nominees will receive an Official Selection Letter.
  • Awards and Certificates are presented only during officially organized or authorized ICAL events.
  • The Event Management Contribution is applicable only after selection.
  • The decision of the Award Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
